Evolve Back formerly known as Orange County, is an established chain of luxury resorts in India that are presented with a thematic representation of the local history and its natural surroundings. The resort chain is widely popular and enjoys immense brand equity among patrons in India and overseas alike. Testimony to this quality is their occupancy rate which is way above the industry average. Evolve Back is dedicated to providing exquisite holiday experiences that promote the purity of nature and the culture of the local land. They are currently present in three locations viz. Kamalapura Palace in Hampi, Kuruba Safari Lodge in Kabini and Chikkana Halli Estate in Coorg, which are all geographically diverse regions allowing guests to experience nature in its purity. Their resorts at Coorg and Kabini have been continuously rated within 7 among the ‘Top Hotels in India’ the last ten years. The resort at Coorg was rated as the 2nd best hotel in India while Kabini and Hampi were rated 6th and 9th respectively by Trip Advisor for 2019.

Travelling is known to enrich and open barriers of the mind. This prompted George Ramapuram, Managing Director and Head Architect along with the other founders to discover a unique insight from their years of travel. They realized that the evolved world traveler is looking for a pure and authentic experience that is representative of its destination and is one that leads to a transformation within one’s self. This revelation inspired Evolve Back into its ‘Spirit of the Land’ philosophy as it is called. Their guests therefore experience a transformation within and feel rejuvenated by the culture and originality of the land during their every visit.
Evolve Back is on the verge of expansion into other parts of India and abroad and hope to add on three more resorts in the next 5 years. The company that has grown profitable organically over the years is looking to fund their expansion internally at the moment.

Promote and conduct all the nature oriented activities and ensure all guests
experience the activities provided at resort
Should have thorough knowledge of the activities inside and outside resort
Should assist the HOD in planning the department and should have good rapport
with the colleagues in the department
Should interact with all the guests in all possible ways to make sure that the guests
participate in minimum of two activities provided at the resort
Overall monitoring and management of department with regard to items,
equipments, stock, costing and revenue etc.
Willingness to do the activities as per requirement, especially out of duty schedule
Good knowledge about activities, property etc.
Self development by attending various training and also training the juniors.

Overall supervision of all finance and accounting
functions, including treasury, taxation, accounts receivable and payable, branch
accounts, ensuring accurate revenue recognition, revenue & cost accruals,
deferrals, invoicing and month-end accounting of all group companies
Cash forecasts, working capital management,
audits, reconciliations, banking matters and statutory compliance of all group
Collaborate with the senior management team in
improving and executing strategies and processes, accomplishing corporate goals
and profitability for the group companies
Valuation of inventory on monthly basis for
preparation of financial statements of the company
Preparation of standalone and consolidated
Financial Statements of group entities
Ensure timely submission and filing of GST
Returns, timely review of GST amendments and the application of the same
Preparation of all accurate & timely
historical financial information of the company including board of directors’ reports
Preparation of annual budget and monthly MIS, variance
analysis, cash flow/fund flow statements
Analyze financial information, current and past
trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost,
expenses and provide key takeaways to business units, corporate finance and
New Project Monitoring: Responsible for controlling,
analysing and cost monitoring of new project along with completion status
Handling tax assessments
Maintain fixed asset register
Prepare proposals to Banks for Term loans and
Working capital limits
Prepare viability reports for new projects
Cost Analysis and Cost Control.
